about the Price Increase

1. When does the new price apply?

The price adjustment will be effective with the next invoice. The exact start date can be found in the information letter or in your customer account.

2. Do I need to do anything?

The adjustment will be made automatically on the date specified in the e-mail. 

 

If you pay by direct debit, we will automatically adjust the debit amount for you according to the price adjustment and debit the corresponding amount from the given account. In this case, you do not need to do anything further.  


When paying by transfer order or proactive invoice payment, please adjust your payment amount in your banking according to the price adjustment.

3. Why does ImmoScout24 increase the price?

At this point in time, it is even more crucial for us to offer you first-class service and support.  In a fast-paced market driven by rapid technological advancements, ImmoScout24 is committed to providing you with the best solutions for your business success. To achieve this, we continuously invest in the modernisation of our marketplace.

 

Our operating expenses have increased by 12.9 percent in 2024. This was mainly driven by increased investments in platform security, reliability, reach and ongoing innovation.  

 

In accordance with Section 11.2. of our General Terms and Conditions for commercial providers, we will pass on 10 percent. You will retain all discounts granted.    

4. On what contractual/legal basis does ImmoScout24 adjust its prices?

We adjust the prices on the stated start date in accordance with Section 11.2. of our General Terms and Conditions for commercial customers. A price adjustment is possible if our total and overhead costs have increased and the price increase does not exceed 10 percent. We meet these requirements.

5. Can I object to the price increase or terminate my contract early?

We adjust the prices on the stated start date in accordance with Section 11.2. of our General Terms and Conditions for commercial customers. A price adjustment is possible if our total and overhead costs have increased and the price increase does not exceed 10 percent. We fulfill these requirements.

 

Accordingly, there is no right of objection. There is also no special right of termination.
