How your role will look like:
- Defining, further developing and continuously reviewing the quality standards (ad serving / advertising standards).
- Ensuring 100% quality of all advertising campaigns / advertising integrations on all websites to be managed
- Development support of new native integrations
- Integration and control of various marketing partners (SSPs, etc.) also the clarification of technical issues, detailed process analyses as well as the elimination of inefficiencies
- Creating, managing and controlling the ad server ad tags of all relevant websites including targeting
- Addressing new market requirements (e.g. GDPR) for marketing
- Support and controlling of the interfaces to all relevant systems
- Ad controlling: Continuous monitoring of campaign performance / target achievement, advertising media and content integrations
- Ad controlling: bug fixing of creatives and integrations
- Ad server: Administration and maintenance of the ad server systems and SSPs
- Ad server: Further development and optimisation of internal and external ad serving and ad management solutions (ad servers and SSPs)
- Ad Product: Creation and testing of new advertising formats/special advertising formats for Online and Mobile
- Ad Product: managing/modifying creative templates
- Communication with clients and partners and other internal stakeholders
- Technical support for Loft services
What you need to succeed:
- You are familiar with AdTech systems (e.g. Google Ad Manager 360) including the integration of ad server tags, etc.
- Experience in leading technical projects in an agile environment with rapid goal changes or shifting priorities is desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and German
- Technology-related degree and/or business studies with an additional technology-related degree is desirable
- Results-oriented and independent way of working
- A high level of self-motivation
