"Servus", says our small but fine team from Austria. About 45 colleagues from Vienna want to work with you to make hard decisions in the area of housing easier for everyone. This is what our office in Vienna offers you
You will find us very centrally located directly opposite of the Vienna State Opera. Our office is on the 8th floor - don't worry, the elevator works. Our terrace invites you to let your gaze wander over the roofs of the city. If you want to clear your head, you can also play table football or console or have lunch together with your colleagues at the large dining table. We are all sitting under one roof and can exchange and coordinate our work quickly. Whether relaxing on the sofa, on the whiteboard or in one of the meeting rooms is entirely up to you.
Living in Vienna
Did you know that Vienna has taken first place for the 10th time in the worldwide ranking of the most livable cities? The city is not only fantastically beautiful, compared to other European metropolises you can also find affordable living space here. Two thirds of the apartments belong the city or non-profit cooperatives. This sets limits on rents. Vienna is therefore a very affordable capital. Somewhere between Donaustadt, Prater and Schönbrunn you will also find your new home.

Vienna - you will certainly associate this with Schnitzel and coffee houses, Sissi and the horse-drawn carriages. Yes, all this is present in the cityscape. In addition to museums and art collections, numerous castles and palaces bear witness to the imperial era of the city. Besides a lot of history, the city parks and the Danube bank will invite you to stroll and relax.
Infrastructure in Vienna
In Vienna you can get to your destination quickly by public transport or by bicycle. On over 1,400 kilometres of cycle paths you can work off your energy or cycle to the office at a leisurely pace. In combination with one of the best developed and modern public transport networks you are mobile and reach your destination quickly, even if you don't have a car.
